Hey everyone, this is post to apologise for my lack of posting the last couple of months.
I created Balanced Grub as an avenue where I can share my journey, experience and knowlage related to health and more specifically digestion. It’s a place where whatever I have gone, go through and endeavour to go through I want to share with you no matter how embarrassing it may be, as I know I’m not alone.
So, down to my main reason for posting this article is because, recently I have been so busy with my day job, getting engaged (the big one) and planning my journey back to the UK, that I have had very little time left for writing and creating low FODMAP recipes. Although, that being said I still love and enjoy posting on Balanced Grub and have lots of plans in the pipe-line and plan to post one new recipe and a blog post a month.
I want to thank all my followers and subscribers for their support and I know 2016 will a year filled with success, no matter what form it may come.
