These apple slices are yummy and will fill the craving for something sweet. This is also a really good snack for the kids too, as it provides a good source of vitamins, protein and energy, it also keeps them in the habit of eating healthy snacks, which is a must for all children. For kids, I recommend a thumbnail (mummy’s thumbnail) size amount of peanut butter. To be even healthier you could always go for organic almond butter, which will keep you feeling fuller for longer, has more protein.
