Iced Blueberry & Lavender Coconut Lollies

I know it’s coming into the winter out in the west but here in South East Asia the heat is still quite fierce. However being on a low FODMAP diet I can’t have ice cream, gelato (only the sorbet) or ice lollies, boo hoo! So as always I have taken it upon myself to to make my own icy treat for those hot summer nights and they are great choice to satisfy a sweet tooth.They’re are also a great choice if your trying to cut back on calories and fancy something sweet.

Tip: Lavender is great for digestion, so if you suffer with IBS and don’t want to upset your tummy these will be you next go to treat.
