Low FODMAP Creamy Garlic Chive Dressing

You may be thinking, “Hang on a minute…garlic, nope, I can’t have that!”, however, I can assure you there is no garlic in this recipe whatsoever. For those of you that follow my recipe blog, you would know that refer to an ingredient known as either ‘flowering chives’ or ‘garlic chives’, they are from the same family as chives┬ábut taste and smell strongly of garlic, so strong in fact that I have to double bag them or else my whole kitchen smells of garlic…not pleasant.

Anyway going back to the recipe…I love my salads, and I know I’m strange but even when I go to a restaurant I always opt for a salad over a hearty well designed meal, (what can I say I love me greens!). This is the perfect dressing to pour over a bed of leafs or even a fresh salmon salad and the best part is, it’s full of flavour without the tummy upset.
