Are you a brownie lover? Of course you are, who isn’t? However for me I don’t really have a sweet tooth so most brownies and cakes are usually too sweet for me, not to mention their packed with fats, preservatives and gluten…not very IBS friendly. But, fear not! I have come up with a recipe thats so quick and easy that by the time you say ‘Chocolate chip!’ they’re good to go…well maybe not that quick, but you get the point.
The texture is obviously somewhat different to a traditional brownie but thats because I haven’t added any sugar. They’re moist, densely rich squares of chocolaty goodness. They’re best served warm, with either coconut ice cream or a sprinkling of frozen berries and brandy butter.
