You may be wondering why I called them “boats”, well the truth is one of my friends daughter hates her veggies and one way of getting her to eat her greens was to call them “boats”…’that transport the other healthy veggies to her tummy’…I know, I’m nuts but hey it worked and my friend thanked me! Let me know if your kids fall for it too, mwah ha ha!
On a side note these are so easy to make and super satisfying, you can make them as a side dish, party appetisers (Some of my American friends informed me super bowl is just around the corner), or eat as a snack!
