If your a little bored of your salads at the moment and your looking to fill yourself a little more these lunch times, this recipe is a tasty change. Its packed with nutrients and flavour and goes perfectly with a little mustard. I think it actually tastes a little like vegan Cumberland  sausages, but that just me!
