I never incorporate bread into my diet, I find it too heavy on the stomach and too difficult to digest. Also most breads in Thailand are packed with sugar and because I suffer with SIBO the bacteria in my gut goes crazy. However sometimes I find myself craving the texture and satisfaction of bread but making the stuff is a nightmare! I would say I’m a pretty good cook, I’m patient, careful with measuring the ingredients but when I make bread it becomes an awesome door stop and thats about all you can use it for, I think it something to do wight he humidity out here.
However this recipe is fool proof and is packed with healthy fats and is high in fiber, perfect for a post cardio workout snack, oh, and no oven is required!
