Low FODMAP Sweet Basil Pesto

I love pesto and before I started out on the low FODMAP diet I used to eat pesto pasta at least once a week. However there is a saving grace! I mashed (quite literally) together this great little recipe that will easily replace any pesto you’ve tried before.
