I look for 3 things when making a recipe from scratch and that’s; is it healthy, is it yummy and is it easy. Luckily for me I was fortunate enough to get a sneak peek at a recipe from the anticipated book ‘The Everything Guide to the Low FODMAP Diet’ By Dr Barbara Bolen and Kathleen Bradley.
The recipe was really easy to follow, and all the ingredients were easy to find (considering I live in Thailand). These little wraps are perfect for the lunch box or a side dish for dinner. You could easily pair this with lemon quinoa or if your vegan you could replace the tuna with grilled tofu.
