I like nothing more than coming home on a Friday evening after a long day at work, and sitting down to eat homemade spaghetti bolognese with a glass of red wine. Unfortunately I’m on a low FODMAP diet which means no garlic and onion (2 of the main ingredients of bolognese) or wine. But I had refused to give up in the quest to regain my friday night of opulence. However with a little time and determination I have been able to come up with a tasty bolognese sauce minus the wine, however as a substitute I drink my Pomogranate & Star anise drink which is relish.
