Last month I went on holiday to Langkawi Island, Maylasia, which was…amazing! We stayed in a beautiful hotel with an enormous buffet breakfast which catered for every palette imaginable, which is great for me being lactose, gluten intolerant. I was hooked on the fruit section and they made this delicious pineapple in water with cinnamon,bay leaves and star anise. The flavours infuse to create a fresh spicy winter taste.
