I adore the smell of lavender especially in the summer. The sweet smell of walking in my front door and being welcomed by fresh lavender is so relaxing and homely to me. However many people don’t realise that there are other uses for lavender other than aromatic. Cooking with lavender can greatly benefit your health and relax and calm the digestive system.
You might think that anything you put lavender in will taste like your eating herbal essences shampoo but it creates a very delicate taste if used correctly it should always be a hint of lavender never too over powering.
