If your looking to moisturise your skin and feeds your senses then this Lavender Milk Bath this is the perfect bath-time treat.
I learnt this little trick years ago when I was living and working in London; it helps to hydrate dry skin and the and acid in the milk exfoliates and leaves you glowing and smooth.
Step 1
Run a warm bath
Step 2
take 1 cup of whole fat milk. Whole fat is better for the skin as the fat moisturises the skin better.
Step 3
Add 3 drops of lavender oil to the milk
Step 4
Pour the mixture under the running tap to infuse the bath water.
Step 5
Once your bath is full, slip in a relax for 15 to 20 minuets letting the milk and lavender do all the work.
Ah, bliss…
